At AMA International, we are committed to providing high-quality hardware and software solutions. Please review our return policy carefully:
- Hardware Returns:
- Eligibility: Hardware products can be returned within 2 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. A valid reason for the return must be provided, and acceptance in writing must be given by us.
- Non-Returnable Items: Special b2b orders, Custom-built systems, clearance items, and products with visible signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% may apply for returned hardware unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Software Returns:
- Non-Refundable: Software purchases, including digital downloads and licenses, are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or activated.
- Defective Software: In case of a software defect, we will provide support to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if deemed necessary.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at solutions@amaibs.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
